I grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks. My parents moved here from St. Louis when I was two, my dad started a heating and cooling company shortly after, and I’ve been rooted here ever since.
Before real estate, I spent thirty years in that HVAC business. That background gave me something most agents don’t have: a real understanding of homes, how they’re built, what can go wrong, and how to spot value others miss. In 2005, I bought my first home in Osage Beach, renovated it while living there, and walked away with a 36% increase in value. That’s where the passion started.
I earned my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2018 and my Broker Associate license in 2024. Today I serve as co-owner of Lake Expo Real Estate, and our team specializes in lakefront properties, luxury homes, and new construction throughout the Lake of the Ozarks, including Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, The Villages at Shawnee Bend, and the surrounding communities.
I’ve personally bought and sold multiple properties. I’ve had gains and I’ve had losses. I understand the emotional weight of a real estate transaction, and I don’t take that lightly.
